Terms of Use

Mango Mandi is a platform that helps sellers announce mango availability and take orders from nearby buyers. We are not the seller of the mangoes, we do not inspect, store, deliver or guarantee products, and any sale is between the buyer and the seller. Pickup, quality, pricing and payment (currently cash at pickup) are arranged directly between them.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) or use the app with a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their posts (variety, quantity, price, pickup time and address), for the quality and safe handling of their products, for complying with applicable food-safety, licensing and tax rules, and for honoring orders they confirm.

Buyers are responsible for picking up and paying for what they order, and for being respectful to sellers.

No illegal, misleading, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexual or spam content; no impersonation; no attempts to disrupt, scrape or break the service. We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited license to host, display and deliver it to others through the app. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Reporting and blocking. Mango Mandi includes tools to report problems.

• In the app: open any chat, tap the ⋯ menu at the top right and choose "Report conversation", or press and hold a message from the other person and choose "Report message". Pick a reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate content, scam, or other) and add details if you like.
• By email: write to contact@mangomandi.com, or use the form on our Contact page with the topic "Report a user or content".
• Blocking: from the same ⋯ menu you can block the other person in a conversation. They can no longer send you messages there, and you can unblock them at any time.

We review reports promptly, normally within 2 business days. We may remove content, warn users, or suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. Reporting does not stop you from also contacting local authorities if you feel unsafe.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between buyers and sellers, and our total liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us (if any).

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons.

We may update these Terms and will post the new date here. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
